What this program actually covers
Most people already know spreadsheets exist. This program teaches you which tool fits which situation — and why picking the wrong one costs more time than it saves.
The curriculum runs from basic budget structures through to lightweight accounting software used by small teams, freelancers, and household managers worldwide.
Wyfuxui has been refining this material since 2017, and every module reflects real questions from students across dozens of countries.
Five stages from setup to confident use
Diagnostic and orientation
A short self-assessment identifies which tools you have already touched and where the real gaps sit. Lessons adjust accordingly.
Structured module work
Lessons are grouped by tool category with practical exercises at each stage. You work inside actual software interfaces, not slides.
Scenario-based practice
Each module ends with a realistic scenario — a freelancer's quarterly review or a household cash-flow gap — requiring a full software workflow to resolve.
Review and error analysis
A consolidation session after each unit covers common mistakes — miscategorised transactions, broken formula references, reconciliation mismatches.
Capstone project
Students build a working budget using a tool of their choice, demonstrating the full workflow from initial data entry through to a readable report.

Wyfuxui charitable activitiesDoes the program cover paid software or only free tools?
The curriculum focuses primarily on free and low-cost tools — including LibreOffice Calc, GnuCash, and Wave. Lessons also explain when a paid upgrade makes practical sense for your situation.
How much time should I expect to spend each week?
Most students spend between three and five hours per week. The pace is entirely self-directed, so you can compress or spread modules to fit your schedule.
Is any prior accounting knowledge required?
No accounting background is needed. The program starts with the fundamentals of budget structure before introducing any software interface.
Can I access the materials after finishing?
Yes. Enrolled students retain access to all lesson materials, exercise files, and the reference library for twelve months after enrolment.
