About Wyfuxui
Wyfuxui is an online education platform focused entirely on budget software tools — practical, structured, and built for learners who need real skills, not theory.
Our background
Wyfuxui started in 2017 when a group of finance educators noticed the same gap: learners could find courses on accounting concepts, but almost nothing on the specific software tools used in day-to-day budgeting work.
We built a curriculum around tools like spreadsheet-based budget models, dedicated personal finance applications, and small-business expense trackers — the kind of software people actually open on Monday morning.
The platform operates entirely online, which means a student in Galway and one in Vilnius follow the same structured path at whatever pace suits their schedule.

The people behind it
Each instructor on the platform has worked with budget software in professional contexts — not just taught it. That distinction shapes how every lesson is structured.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Orlaith spent eleven years in financial operations before moving into education. She designed the core curriculum around the tools she used weekly — not the ones that look impressive in demos.
Instructional Designer
Tomáš builds the lesson architecture — the sequence, pacing, and exercise structure that makes complex software feel approachable. He holds a background in adult learning and UX research.
Student Success Lead
Siobhán coordinates the support side of the platform — answering questions, tracking where learners get stuck, and feeding that data back into course improvements.
What guides the work
Most financial education covers principles. Wyfuxui covers the specific moment when you open a piece of software and need to know what to click next. That focus keeps the courses tight and directly applicable.
Learners who complete the programme leave with hands-on familiarity with the tools — not just an understanding of why budgeting matters.
